For the first time, Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders had a one-on-one debate, after the other candidates suspended their campaign.
The Vice-President Joe Biden went into what could have been the last democratic debate as the front-runner — a novelty since the democratic candidates debated in South Carolina — against Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.
The debate took place at the CNN studios in Washington D.C., with no studio audience due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which dominated the debate as did also Health Care more generally.
