Three young boys act as our guides in a parade of entertainers and revelers, as they dance through the lamp-lit streets and doorways of New Orleans. From dusk to dawn, we explore the lives and locales of one of the world’s most unique cities. In vignettes, performances, and exchanges, the film is a kaleidoscopic odyssey into another side of New Orleans. By adopting the point of view of their protagonists, the Ross brothers blur the boundary between documentary and fiction, without departing from reality.
