State Senator || Henry Stern is a member of the California State Senate, representing District 27. Henry has been working on issues related to climate change, but also for the development of economic and cultural exchanges between California and Portugal. Senator Stern has also introduced, for the last two years, the Day of Portugal resolution in the California Senate. A strong supporter of the Portuguese-American community, Henry is proud of his Portuguese ancestry on his mother’s side, whose roots trace back to the island of Faial, in the Azores.
