State Representative || Antonio “Tony” F. D. Cabral is a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, a seat he has held for 30 years, where he serves the 13th Bristol District. Tony Cabral is Chairman of the Committee on Bonding, State Expenditures, and State Assets. Tony was born in Portugal, specifically in Madalena, on the island of Pico, Azores. He is the only US legislator of Portuguese descent that was born in Portugal. In recognition of his work in promoting the relations between Portugal and the USA, Tony Cabral was awarded the title of Commander of the Order of Prince Henry the Navigator.
