Maria Araujo Kahn, a Judge of the Connecticut Supreme Court, informs us how the judicial system has adapted its procedures to COVID-19.

To ensure access to the courts, while at the same time, keeping staff and the public safe, the Connecticut judicial branch has implemented policies and procedures that maintained several courthouses open to address priority issues such as criminal, juvenile, and family protection cases. These measures were implemented by increasing the remote and video capabilities of the courts.
