Geodesic and Space Station of Santa Maria - RAEGE

The Space Station of Santa Maria is recruiting for the position of Station Manager

Considering the National Strategy for Research, Innovation, and Growth – Portugal Space 2030 – in which the Azores assumes particular importance for their geostrategic position to study space, FLAD, the Regional Government of the Azores, the Regional Secretariat of Sea, Science and Technology, and the RAEGE Azores Association, intend to stimulate the research of spatial data and signals through the Geodesic and Spatial Station of Santa Maria – RAEGE.

With this initiative, it is intended to promote new markets within Portuguese Science and Technology and motivate qualified employment in the space area.

At this time the international open call for the position of Manager for the Geodesic and Space Station of Santa Maria – RAEGE, has already closed, on November 15th of 2019.
However, this fantastic opportunity for professionals in engineering, physics, astronomy and alike will have new future editions to be announced.
