Foxhole

Foxhole, which takes place during roughly 36 hours, in three separate wars — The American Civil War, The First World War and the Iraq War — follows five soldiers confined to a trench and confronted by moral questions, the futility of particular actions and an increasingly volatile combat situation. The War film is reduced to its essence by 21-year old “filmmaker prodigy”, Jack Fessenden.
