FLAD<\/a> is holding a new webinar this Wednesday, at 6 pm, on the impact on Mental Health of the confinement enacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to discuss strategies for the future.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The COVID-19 pandemic imposed on us the first known experience of mandatory confinement for the entire population. Social Isolation and the latent threat environment have had (and continue to have) a strong impact on our well-being, particularly on our mental health,<\/strong> also aggravated by the economic and social crisis we are experiencing.<\/p>\n

How is this pandemic affecting our emotions? How can we manage this environment marked by distancing? How can we deal with the fear of contamination and the need to protect ourselves and our families?<\/p>\n

To help find answers to these and other questions, the second edition of FLAD’s webinars \u2013 which takes place this Wednesday,<\/strong> June 24<\/strong>, at 6:00 pm <\/strong>\u2013 is dedicated to the important theme of mental health: What’s next for Mental Health: Coping with COVID-19.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The conversation will be moderated by journalist Maria Elisa Domingues and brings together an important panel in the area of mental health, on both sides of the Atlantic:<\/p>\n
