This tragedy resulted in one of the books of the year, at a time when being a critic of Israel is rare and difficult, more so being Jewish and living in Israeli territory.<\/h3>\n<p>Nathan Thrall was at FLAD for a conversation about his latest book &#8211; &#8216;A Day in the Life of Abed Salama&#8217; -, the tragedy that is the life of Palestinians on a day-to-day basis, and the result of the Hamas attacks on October 6, and the consequent Israeli offensive. The session was moderated by P\u00daBLICO journalist Isabel Lucas.
